You will get new tricks and ways to eat more naturally rediscovering new products that make sense for you and new French trends with our bistronomic Chief and trainer.
You may choose among three topics:
– legumes: the new treasures,
– vegetables and seasons: do you know them?
– easy and tasty cooking with the Permacooking.

After this session you will share together a healthy- from our Garden or from local suppliers- lunch.
In the afternoon, we will play around current CSG’s topics and more particularly on biodiversity.
After getting your feedbacks, we will design your personal and professional passport Une Emeraude en Anjou with daily actions to implement.

  • Move to the essentials: cooking, vegan, vegetarian….Grands Chefs, all days dishes, healthy food, eating with or without
  • Discovery practical tour on what you like and dislike with known and unknown food
  • Welcome in YOUR kitchen : why do you choose those products, ways to cook and share food. Express your difficulties and what makes sense for a simple, healthy and tasty cooking
  • Discover CSR issues for a more environmentally and friendly lifestyle
  • Create of an action plan (CSR Passport) in order to quickly take action and live better from now on
