Led by our biodynamic winegrower discover the soils and wines of Anjou, the role of the soil and its geology, the interactions between plants and the surrounding fauna and flora. He will be happy to pass on some of his knowledge.
You will learn how to prune the vine before an olfactory journey and a well-deserved tasting.
You will then enjoy an organic lunch with local products prepared by our Chef.
After lunch, from an entertaining and educational angle we will talk about the great environmental, social and societal issues we are facing.
